Review : Watch does not work. And the seller Jomashop delivered the watch WITHOUT guarantee certificate.
I have bought the Victorinox watch 241177 (order Oct 2nd 2012), serial number 080618898. Despite the fact the watch was delivered in Miami - USA, I live in Brazil. After one week of use, the watch stopped working. I took it to change the battery, but I was told the battery was ok, and the problem was with the watch that was really not working at all. I contacted Victorinox in Brazil, to get the 3 years International Warranty, but they required a Certificate with all watch data and the Dealer's stamp - WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED WITH THE PURCHASE FROM JOMASHOP.
I requested JOMASHOP assistence, only asking them to send me a Purchase Certificate which I could use to request my 3 years International Warranty. JOMASHOP DID NOT EVEN REPLY MY EMAILS.
I have other experiences with Victorinox watches, and THEY ARE REALLY GREAT SWISS WATCHES. I know this kind of problem happens, but the lack of assistence and commitment by the seller JOMASHOP is unacceptable.
