Review : Sucked Product and Sucked Service!
I bought this as Christmas gift for my boyfriend, then he went to Hawaii and jumped into a swimming pool which has the maximum depth of 5 feet. Now there is water inside the watch. But what really sucks is that both Amazon and the retailer refused to fix this problem. Amazon says it is out of 30 days window, the retailer says Amazon is not the authorized retailer!
Come on, this watch is worth $1,000, and that's the service that comes with the watch! A watch that claims to be water proof for 165 feet but failed in a 5 ft deep swimming pool! I will never buy watch from them again!
