After looking at it for some time, watching it sell out and then come back again with one or two in stock, I finally decided to bite the bullet and I am glad I did! I wanted to get something that I could enjoy and eventually pass on to my son one day and this fits the bill. It is a beautiful watch and the alligator strap is a great accent as well. The strap is just big enough for me; my wrist is 7" in circumference, but still a very comfortable fit. I personally like a metal band with a looser fit;however that is an easy switch from what the representative at luxerywatch told me. He even gave me great pointers on the care and use of the watch that weren't exacly spelled out in the manual. (If you choose to purchase this piece , be sure to talk to someone knowledgable who can give you pointers as well.
