Review : Looks good, quality and company less than impressive
I purchased this watch 2 years ago in Italy. When the plastic on the face broke (the part that attaches to the band) I dug up my Italian receipts and the original packaging and through a lengthy process was able to get the watch sent back to the manufacturer and the face portion replaced. Less than a year later, the framing around the date inside the face has become detached and floats around getting caught on the second and minute hands forcing them to stop moving. Recently the second hand has bent somehow and doesn't make it over the numbers. I contacted the company again to see if they could replace the face again...the original face was fine, it was the outside that broke, and I did not receive any response this time. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more ICE products!
